Office Coordinator/Manager

Location: Redwood City, CA

 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome on-site visitors at the reception desk
  • Manage facilities requests and ticketing system
  • Support San Francisco Office Coordinator and regional initiatives
  • Remotely support Amobee Santa Monica Office Facilities needs (maintenance, orders, etc)
  • Maintain up to date contact list and work with all facilities vendors including building management, maintenance and janitorial staffs, and suppliers
  • Receive/route incoming packages and mail; also responsible for shipping packages
  • Responsible for managing office lunch and snack programs
  • Act as lead or support for any office social activities such as happy hours, birthday celebrations or holiday events
  • Responsible for organizing quarterly volunteer activities as part of our Corporate Giveback Program.
  • Inventory and order office supplies
  • Involved in new hire onboarding and employee or team moves
  • Work on special projects as needed and provide backup on larger Facilities related projects
  • Administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years as an Office Manager or other admin support role in a fast-paced office environment
  • Bachelors degree preferred 
  • Functional proficiency with Google4Work, Confluence or equivalent intranet, and other common applications used at a contemporary tech company
  • Routine lifting and movement of packages (10-25 pounds) and supplies around the office
  • Team player with a thoughtful mindset and great sense of humor
  • Hours are 8:30am- 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
