Turn is looking for an individual to play a leading role in development and management of our global client partnerships. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a high-visibility player with a technology company revolutionizing online advertising. We are seeking someone who understands how to manage globally strategic partners. The successful candidate must be an effective leader, strategist, communicator and relationship builder who has a deep understanding of the digital advertising industry; strong understanding of advertising platforms; and a history of delivering exceptional business results. This candidate must be known for outstanding cross functional collaboration and their ability to succeed in ambiguous and complex environments. They should be equally as comfortable and effective in highly strategic and deeply operational or tactical conversations.

Sales & Account Management is a driven and results-oriented team that helps bring Turn’s digital advertising products to market. Our focus is building our clients’ businesses through leading-edge technology solutions, intuitive and effective ad serving tools, and strategic business consulting. We develop and nurture relationships with advertisers to help them grow their digital advertising business. Our team is seeking innovative, passionate, and driven people who can foster strong client relationships, meet commercial objectives, and drive awareness of our products, all whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage client business partnerships with senior stakeholders; optimize our engagement with the client

  • Execute against an account plan; set and achieve quarterly objectives

  • Identify and scope new business opportunities and organize company resources to deliver

  • Represent the client needs with other functional teams, including the executive management team

  • Craft and deliver regular updates to internal stakeholders

  • Serve as a point of escalation and resolution for client service issues

  • Give presentations and spearhead business reviews to executives at client organizations

About your skills:

  • 5+ years of senior client-facing experience, in either sales or account management

  • Verifiable experience navigating and managing relationships in large client organizations

  • Excellent influence, persuasion and motivation skills

  • Strong familiarity with online advertising, ad technology solutions, and online business models

  • An innately collaborative personality; demonstrated mastery of cross-functional leadership

  • A long and successful track record of collaborating and driving to outcomes across multi-disciplinary teams and external partners

  • A track record of exceeding performance objectives as an individual contributor

  • Superior presentation and written communication skills

  • BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
