Account Executive- Los Angeles

The Account Executive position will be responsible for building a pipeline and securing market leading advertiser and agency relationships.  The AE will take responsibility for managing and advocating a book of business consisting of Fortune 200 accounts (and prospects), within a named account list. You will work as part of a team to grow Turn’s strategic client relationships, with particular emphasis in areas that are important to programmatic and marketing, including DSP, DMP and Analytics solutions.  You are also responsible for growing customer value across existing accounts – and will work with various individuals on the team to promote value-added services to accounts, penetrating into all areas of the business including subsidiaries and partnerships.


As a part of a well-knit, cohesive Sales and Account Management team, the Account Executive will work closely and collaboratively with the Client Services, Business Development, and Product teams to close new accounts and deliver best of breed customer service and performance. As an integral part of the Sales and Account Management team you will also be responsible for educating advertisers and agencies about all aspects of our next generation tools and how they can be leveraged to solve business challenges.



  • Demonstrable track record in developing relationships with direct advertisers and advertising agencies.

  • Build strong and supportive relationships with leading clients, media and creative agencies.

  • Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of online Advertising Sales with deep experience selling media-focused enterprise solutions.

  • Strong consultative sales skills, relationship building, and client management skills.

  • Strong collaborator



  • Minimum of 10 years online digital advertising experience.

  • Proven track record with large agencies and direct clients—past success and established relationships.

  • Existing knowledge of DSP space, ad serving, data exchanges or performance advertising is preferred but not a requirement.

  • Strong understanding of online advertising technologies and landscape trends.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with mobile. DMP’s and/or video desired

  • Bachelor’s degree
