Turn Closes $20 Million in Funding

New capital will fund investments in infrastructure, international expansion, and continued product innovation

Redwood City, Calif., (January 5, 2011) — Turn Inc., the industry’s only end-to-end platform for managing data-driven digital advertising, announced today it has secured $20 million in Series D funding led by Greenspring Associates, a leading venture investment firm headquartered in Maryland. Turn will use the new capital to fund its explosive growth and invest in technology infrastructure and international operations.

All of Turn’s previous investors, Norwest Venture Partners, Trident Capital, Shasta Ventures and Focus Ventures, took their full pro rata shares in the round.
